NSA 's philosophy follows Guro Dan Inosanto's teachings, as well as Guro Ron Balicki and Guro Rick Faye, which is taking what is useful and rejecting what is useless. This means we take a more modern approach to martial arts teaching and training by keeping an open mind to all martial art styles. At NSA, adults don't wear traditional gi's, (white jacket) and we don't perform traditional forms. Our training focuses on building attributes such as speed, coordination, timing and power with realistic training drills and a street oriented mind set.

These ranges are covered using empty hand as well as armed techniques. You will cross train in all areas and be a well rounded martial artist.
