School Owner / Head Instructor Sifu Marc Halleck |
Marc Halleck, owner/head instructor, is certified under the legendary Guro Dan Inosanto in Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do and the Fillipino Martial Arts. He is also certified under Guro Ron Balicki and Diana Lee Inosanto, in Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do and the Fillipino Martial Arts, as well as under Guro Rick Faye. Marc also holds an advanced rank in Hock Hochhiem's Congress of Close Quarter Combat, as well as degrees in Tae Kwon Do and Karate. Marc has been training in the martial arts since 1982 and has been teaching since 1994. Ranking: Most Memorable Training: The best thing that happened to me was getting to be a student/friend of Guro Ron Balicki. Guro Ron has taken me to new heights that I never before imagined.Getting certifeied by Guro Dan Inosanto is a dream come true. Opening my first school in 1997 was a major step in my martial art dream.Meeting and becoming good friends with Sifu Rick Faye and Guro Larry Lindenman, two of the most talented people i have ever met. Becoming friends with Hock Hochhiem , his influence and help with my dvd project has been above and beyond what i could of imagined. Competing and winning the 98 WEKAF (World Eskrima, Kali, Arnis Federation) Mid-Western Regionals 1st place and took 2nd place in the 98 Nationals. One highlight of my martial art training has been meeting and training with the Grandmaster Dr. Maung Gyi and becoming friends with Master Fred Degerberg. |

Scott has been teaching martial arts since 2000. Scott began training in Tae Kwon Do in 1997. He has competed and won many local and national tournaments. After receiving 2nd Degree rank in Tae Kwon Do, Scott came to NSA in what year??? . He has been teaching the Junior Students and Little Dragon classes since that time. Scott has an advanced student rank in NSA's Jeet Kune Do - Kali program, an Intermediate Level 1 rank in MARS Kali under Guro Ron Balicki, a 1st Degree rank under Hock Hochheim in Hand-to-Hand Combat, and a Level 3 rank in Panantukan - Silat Combatives under Guro Halleck. |

Instructor - Adult Programs Matt Albanese |
Matt has been studying the martial arts since 1992. He started studying privately under Sifu Marc Halleck in Kali and Jeet Kune Do when he was seventeen. He is currently a Second Degree Black Belt at NSA and runs the NSA Thai Boxing Program, Matt is a certified Instructor under the World Muay Thai association. He is an Apprentice level 1 instructor in Jun Fan/Jeet Kune Do and Apprecntice Level 1 in Kali -Silat under Sifu/Guro Ron Balicki, and holds a Second Degree Black Belt in hand-to-hand combat under Guro W. Hock Hoccheim, and holds a Red Glove in Savate under Nicholas Saugnac. |

Ben has been studing the martial arts for over 10 years, a Second Degree
Black Belt. Ben has an extensive wrestling backround and is the head of the NSA
Grappling Program. He holds an Advanced Level four ranking in Jun Fan / Jeet
June Do under Sifu Ron Balicki, a Second Degree Black Belt in Hand to Hand
Combat under Guro W. Hock Hochheim. |

Jeff has been studing martial arts for over 8 years. jeff has a 2nd Degree Black
Belt in Hand to Hand combat under Guro Hock Hochheim, a 1st Degree Black Belt
under Guro Marc Halleck in Jun fan - Kali, He is a student of Ron Balicki and
Rick Faye. Jeff had a 20 year Naval carrer and retired with full honors. Jeff
has been teaching at the NSA childrens program for 2 years now. |

Program Director Eleanor Webber |
In August 2006, Eleanor will have been at NSA for 6 years. Eleanor is currently a junior 1st Degree Black Belt in NSA's junior program and a Beginner Level 3 in MARS Kali. She is also a member of our leadership team. Eleanor helps us teach classes every day and works VERY hard. She is a quick learner and we are very happy and fortunate to have her at our school |
